Fun Facts

At every wedding I shoot, I tear up at least once or twice. I try to hide it but every once in a while I'm caught by a Grandmother with eagle eyes.

I once got trapped in a knee-high boot and employed a combination of butter patties and hand lotion to free my leg before eventually cutting the boot off.

I am a HUGE sci-fi, fantasy nerd as evidenced by the Galadriel ring I wear everyday.

Everyone in my family has a different nickname for me. I answer to: Soo, Sooda, Soo Magoo, Soosie, Loops, Loodie May, and finally, Lalee.

I call my husband Bean, and he calls me Lit. It's just plain weird if we call each other by our real names.

During the first (and last) beauty pageant I ever competed in, I managed to glue myself to a toilet seat after the swimsuit competition. Butt glue works!

Individually wrapped American cheese grosses me out more than anything in the world.

I use entirely too many exclamation points and smiley faces in emails. You know this if you've ever received an email from me.

I once went on a cookies only diet for 2 weeks in college and lost 5 pounds - best diet ever.

I once fell IN a manhole.

I have found over 476 four leaf clovers in my lifetime. I kept a running count up through 6th grade with 476 - but have since lost count.
